Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Nuts
  • 1 cup chopped candied fruit
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1-1/3 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Mix in egg and honey.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl.
  • Add nuts and fruit; toss lightly.
  • Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour into greased and floured 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
  • Drizzle over warm cake.
  • Cool; cut into bars.
