Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 3 c. boiling water
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. cut up maraschino cherries
Method
- Mix Jell-O, water and marshmallows together until the marshmallows are melted.
- Put in refrigerator until it starts to set.
- Add cottage cheese, pineapple, whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan and set overnight in refrigerator.
