Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh sashimi grade octopus legs, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup baby tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Momoya brand kimchee base sauce
- sea salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tablespoon roasted white sesame seeds
