Ingredients
- 5 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch sq.
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 box raspberry Jell-O
Method
- Cut up rhubarb and add sugar.
- Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Put in large pan and bring to a boil and cook 12 minutes.
- Add 1 box jello and mix until dissolved.
- Put in hot jars.
- Seal, then use hot water bath process for 10 minutes.
