Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 heaping tsp. paprika
  • 1 heaping tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. pepper sauce
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk (homogenized)
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 pods jalapeno pepper
  • 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Method

  • Mix ingredients in order given.
  • In saucepan on low heat, mix the flour, butter, paprika, chili powder, mustard, cumin seed, catsup and pepper sauce.
  • When these ingredients are well combined, pour in milk.
  • Add salt, peppers and cheese (chunked). Serve hot!
