Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz.) cans jalapeno black-eyed peas *
- 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Put into casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
