Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
Method
- Fry bacon with onion.
- In separate pot, boil vinegar, sugar and water until sugar dissolves.
- Combine vinegar; mix with bacon, onion and mayonnaise.
- Stir until well blended.
- Serve hot over spinach or lettuce.
