Ingredients

  • 1 lb Blue Crab, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Tarragon Vinegar

Method

  • Thaw frzn crab meat.
  • Drain crab meat.
  • Remove any remaining shell or possibly cartilage.
  • Place crab meat in a shallow 1-qt casserole.
  • Combine butter and vinegar.
  • Pour over crab meat.
  • Mix lightly.
  • Broil about 4" from source of heat for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
