Ingredients
- 6 lb. roast beef
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. rosemary, basil and oregano
- 14 oz. catsup
- 1 1/2 c. water or more
- 3 onions, chopped
- 2 large ribs celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
Method
- Cook 5 hours at 300°.
- Leave set 20 minutes and shred.
