Ingredients
- 4 lb. boneless chicken breasts
- 2 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, with 1/2 can water
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick oleo
Method
- Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with chicken breasts.
- Cover chicken with a layer of Swiss cheese.
- Mix soup and water.
- Pour over cheese.
- Melt oleo and mix stuffing mix.
- Sprinkle on top of soup layer. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
