- 3 c. tri-color rotini pasta
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 of a red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 c. broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1/2 c. black olives, sliced
- 1 c. cooked ham or pepperoni sausage, chopped (optional)
Method
- Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Steam the broccoli until tender but still crunchy; cool.
- In a large bowl combine pasta and broccoli with all the remaining ingredients.
- Toss to mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
