Ingredients

  • 3 c. tri-color rotini pasta
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 of a red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 c. broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1/2 c. black olives, sliced
  • 1 c. cooked ham or pepperoni sausage, chopped (optional)

Method

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Steam the broccoli until tender but still crunchy; cool.
  • In a large bowl combine pasta and broccoli with all the remaining ingredients.
  • Toss to mix thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
