Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Chianti wine
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Brown meat and drain off fat.
- Sprinkle packaged sauce over meat.
- Add tomato sauce, cheeses, cornstarch and wines (in that order).
- Stir over medium heat while cheese is melting.
- Serve in fondue type pot with French bread or sourdough bread.
