Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium bay leaf
  • 2 1/2 c. uncooked pasta
  • 1 small zucchini squash
  • 1 small yellow squash
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small green pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Cook chicken in 2 cups of water until done.
  • Remove chicken from water and add spices and pasta.
  • Cook 5 minutes.
  • Slice squash.
  • Dice onion and green pepper.
  • Add to water.
  • Cook 5 minutes more or until pasta is done.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add boneless chicken meat and cheese.
