Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored Knox gelatine
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- blueberries/cherries (optional)
Method
- In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup cold water. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved.
