Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin bread mix
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can cream corn
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. margarine
Method
- Combine corn bread mix, cream corn, kernel corn, sour cream, eggs and melted margarine;
- mix well.
- Pour into 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.
- Bake at 400° for 35-40 minutes.
- Serves 4-6.
