Ingredients
- 10 servings instant potatoes (prepare according to directions but minus margarine and salt)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped chives
Method
- Prepare potatoes as instructed on package minus margarine and salt.
- Once potatoes are prepared and still hot, add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Pour into baking dish and bake at 350° until light golden brown.
