Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 3 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. Irish Whiskey (optional)
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Method
- Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan blending in water. Bring heat to boil, stirring constantly.
- Stir and boil 2 minutes. Add milk and heat (not to boil).
- Pour 1 tablespoon whiskey in each 6-ounce cup.
- Add hot cocoa and top with whipped cream.
