Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (3 to 4 oz. each)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 4 c. Cool Whip
- 1 graham pie shell
- pecan halves (for garnish)
Method
- Mix pudding with milk and beat with beater at lowest speed for 30 seconds.
- Blend in pumpkin, spice and 2 cups of Cool Whip. Pour in pie shell and refrigerate 4 hours.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and pecans.
