Ingredients
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 medium lemon/lime
- 1/2 c. water
- salt to taste
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. cabbage, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 c. carrots, julienne sliced
Method
- Boil water, brown sugar and salt.
- Add the peanut butter, stirring, until the mixture is a thick consistency.
- Remove from the heat and squeeze in the lemon juice, stirring until the the sauce is smooth.
- Steam or lightly cook the vegetables.
- In a large bowl, mix the vegetables and the peanut butter sauce; serve.
