Ingredients
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 24 vanilla wafers
Method
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla wafers.
- Beat until mixed well; there will be small lumps.
- Place a vanilla wafer in each muffin liner.
- Fill with cream cheese mixture until 3/4 full. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
- Refrigerate.
- Top with your favorite canned fruit topping.
