Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
Method
- Saute onions and pepper with butter for 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef and brown.
- Add corn, sugar, salt and tomatoes; simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in blended flour and water; cook for 15 minutes. Serve with salad, corn muffins and mixed fruit.
