Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew beef
- 16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables or vegetables as desired
- 3 Tbsp. fine tapioca
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large can V-8 juice
Method
- Put stew beef in bottom of a roaster or Dutch oven.
- Add desired vegetables.
- Add tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Pour V-8 juice in.
- Cover and bake at 275° for 5 hours.
- Do not uncover until time is up.
