Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • sliced tomatoes
  • shredded lettuce

Method

  • Grease 10 x 1-inch pie plate.
  • Layer crumbled bacon and cheese in bottom.
  • Beat remaining ingredients (except lettuce and tomatoes) until smooth 1 minute on high with hand mixer.
  • Pour into plate over bacon and cheese.
  • Bake at 400° until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
