Ingredients
- 2 C. Flour
- 2 C. Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 1\2 C. Brown Sugar
- 1 C. Butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 C. Chocolate Chips
- 1 C. Nuts, chopped
- 1 C. Coconut
Method
- Preheat oven to 400° (375° for glass pan).
- Combine flour, oats, and brown sugar.
- Mix well.
- Mix in butter.
- Reserve 1 1\2 cup of mixture.
- Press remaining mixture into bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
- Bake 20-30 min.
- Remove.
- Turn oven down to 350°.
- Pour condensed milk over crust.
- Then use your imagination!
- Use any or all of the toppings, first nuts, then coconut and then chocolate chips.
- Top with reserved oat mixture.
- Sprinkle over toppings and press lightly.
- Bake for 30 min. or until lightly browned.
