Ingredients

  • 2 C. Flour
  • 2 C. Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1 1\2 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 C. Butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 C. Chocolate Chips
  • 1 C. Nuts, chopped
  • 1 C. Coconut

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400° (375° for glass pan).
  • Combine flour, oats, and brown sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • Mix in butter.
  • Reserve 1 1\2 cup of mixture.
  • Press remaining mixture into bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  • Bake 20-30 min.
  • Remove.
  • Turn oven down to 350°.
  • Pour condensed milk over crust.
  • Then use your imagination!
  • Use any or all of the toppings, first nuts, then coconut and then chocolate chips.
  • Top with reserved oat mixture.
  • Sprinkle over toppings and press lightly.
  • Bake for 30 min. or until lightly browned.
