Ingredients

  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 14 cup egg substitute
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free half-and-half
  • 18 cup water
  • 18 cup buttermilk

Method

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a larger bowl.
  • (flour, baking soda, and baking powder).
  • Mix liquid ingredients together in a smaller bowl.
  • (egg substitute, half-and-half, water, buttermilk).
  • Pour liquid ingredients into larger bowl with dry ingredients and knead/mix until doughy.
  • Roll and cut into biscuits and bake until well browned at 350 degrees.
