Ingredients
- 1 tsp. gelatin and 1 Tbsp. cold water (soften gelatin in cold water)
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. liquid sugar-free sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Method
- Mix together hot water, sweetener and lemon juice.
- Heat. Dissolve gelatin in hot water mixture.
- Chill until set.
- Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in whipped gelatin mixture. Serve in 4 sherbet glasses.
- Yield:
- 2 servings.
