Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. gelatin and 1 Tbsp. cold water (soften gelatin in cold water)
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Method

  • Mix together hot water, sweetener and lemon juice.
  • Heat. Dissolve gelatin in hot water mixture.
  • Chill until set.
  • Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold in whipped gelatin mixture. Serve in 4 sherbet glasses.
  • Yield:
  • 2 servings.
