Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Method

  • Heat chicken at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Cut into pieces. Mix together chicken, broccoli, and soups and put in casserole dish.
  • Mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice; spread over casserole.
  • Mix together cheese and bread crumbs; spread over top of casserole.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
