Ingredients
- 1 lb. graham crackers
- 8 oz. maraschino cherries
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 lb. marshmallows
- 1 lb. raisins
- 1 qt. pecans
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Melt marshmallows, butter and cherries (including juice) in boiler.
- Crumble graham crackers.
- Add pecans, raisins and nutmeg to cracker crumbs.
- Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients; mix well.
- Press into pan.
- Cover with wax paper; put into refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Remove from pan and rewrap.
- Place back in refrigerator until ready to serve.
