Ingredients
- None None butter or oil for greasing
- 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
- 2/3 cup lowfat milk
- 5 oz cream cheese with herbs
- 5 oz Cheddar, grated
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 28 oz fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini
- 7 oz ham, cut into strips
- 1 1/4 lb zucchini, halved lengthways and sliced
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a casserole dish. In a bowl, mix the cream, milk, cream cheese and Cheddar. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Stir in the tortellini, ham, and zucchini, and spread in the casserole. Bake for 30 mins, until browned and bubbling.
