Ingredients

  • None None butter or oil for greasing
  • 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup lowfat milk
  • 5 oz cream cheese with herbs
  • 5 oz Cheddar, grated
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • 28 oz fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini
  • 7 oz ham, cut into strips
  • 1 1/4 lb zucchini, halved lengthways and sliced

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a casserole dish. In a bowl, mix the cream, milk, cream cheese and Cheddar. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
  • Stir in the tortellini, ham, and zucchini, and spread in the casserole. Bake for 30 mins, until browned and bubbling.
