Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 box French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 quart half-and-half cream
  • 2 cups milk

Method

  • Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together until creamy.
  • Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT milk.
  • Pour in ice cream freezer and finish filling to line with milk.
  • Process in ice cream freezer until thick (about 40 minutes).
  • Freeze.
