Ingredients
- 42 whole Oreos
- 1/2 gal. vanilla or coffee ice cream
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Crumble Oreos (1 package).
- Mix in slightly softened ice cream, Cool Whip and pecans.
- Spread in a large 13 x 9-inch pan and freeze.
- Serve in squares with chocolate syrup and a cherry on top.
