Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
Method
- Mix together the hamburger meat, ginger, onion and corriander.
- Make into balls.
- Bring to a boil 2 cups of olive oil and 2 cups of water.
- Add balls to the boiling water/oil.
- Reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook balls for about 3 hours or until liquid is almost absorbed by the balls.
- Add can of tomato paste and mix in with remaining liquid.
- Serve with rice.
