Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked pinto beans
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Method
- In skillet, brown the meat.
- In casserole dish, layer half the beans, meat, onion and cheese.
- Repeat layer with the other half of ingredients.
- Pour enchilada sauce over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
