Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk (I actually use powdered milk so I can control the milky creaminess, but any kind of milk works great)
  • 12 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Method

  • Place milk in saucepan and heat to a low boil.
  • (Be sure not to keep it boiling for more than a minute or two at most since milk scalds easily!

  • Add sugar and vanilla.
  • Mix until sugar is dissolved.
