Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. butter
- 4 c. hot water
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 beaten Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 16-17 c. flour
Method
- At 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. dissolve yeast in 1 c. hot water; set aside.
- Heat butter, cold and add in 4 c. hot water, sugar, Large eggs and salt.
- Beat in 8 c. flour till smooth; add in yeast.
- Add in 8 to 9 c. flour.
- Knead.
- Let rise 3 hrs.
- Punch down.
- Make into buns, cinnamon rolls or possibly whatever.
- Let rise till morning.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min for cinnamon rolls.
- Makes a lot.
- I let it rise up in my large canner pan.
