Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 tbs. chili powder
- 1/2 tbls. cayenne pepper
- 1 cup white corn meal
Method
- Boil ground chuck 45 minutes, salt water to taste.
- Crumble chuck up real fine as it cooks.
- Drain the water from the meat, saving it for later.
