Ingredients
- 2 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup cold water
Method
- Mix sausage and cheese together.
- Mix bisquick and water together to form a soft dough.
- Mix with sausage mixture.
- Make bite-size balls with your hands and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
- These can be made ahead and reheated.
