Ingredients
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 whole Yellow Onion
- 1 block 8oz. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- 13 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
Method
- Set the cream cheese out to soften at room temperature.
- Dice the tomatoes and onion.
- Combine the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
- Then mix in the onions, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, oregano and basil.
- Garnish with a bit of diced tomato if you want.
- Serve cold or at room temperature with crudites, crackers or breadsticks.
