Ingredients

  • 2 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 whole Yellow Onion
  • 1 block 8oz. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 13 cups Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Method

  • Set the cream cheese out to soften at room temperature.
  • Dice the tomatoes and onion.
  • Combine the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
  • Then mix in the onions, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, oregano and basil.
  • Garnish with a bit of diced tomato if you want.
  • Serve cold or at room temperature with crudites, crackers or breadsticks.
