Ingredients
- 1 large can chunk pineapple
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 6 Tbsp. reserved juice
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
Method
- Drain and save juice from both cans of pineapple.
- Mix reserved juice, flour and sugar; add to the pineapple and mix. Pour in a medium Pyrex dish.
- Grate cheese; sprinkle over pineapple.
- Mix crackers and butter and put on top of the cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
