Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 16 oz. canned crushed pineapple, well drained
- 3 slices white bread crusts, removed and cut in cubes
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly. Spoon into a greased 8-inch square pan and bake, covered, at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
