Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 c. bell pepper, ground
- 1/4 c. jalapeno pepper, ground
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1/8 lb. butter
Method
- Add salt to ground peppers and let stand for 4 hours; drain. Add sugar, vinegar and butter; bring to a boil.
- Boil 2 minutes. Take off heat and add Jell-O.
- Skim and put in jar.
