Ingredients
- 3/4 c. fresh bell pepper
- 1/2 c. fresh red pepper
- 1/2 c. hot pepper, remove seeds and grind up
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 bottle Certo
- green food coloring
Method
- Start cooking slow.
- Bring to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir well.
- Pour into jars and seal.
- Can be served over cream cheese with crackers.
