Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
- 4 Tbsp. teriyaki or soy sauce
- chow mein noodles
Method
- Saute onion and ground beef.
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients except noodles.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
- Take pan from oven and sprinkle with a 6-ounce can of chow mein noodles.
- Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
