Ingredients
- 2 C. chicken, cooked and diced
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
- 2 Tsp. onions grated
- 2 c. celery chopped
- 2 Tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 3/4 - 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Combine chicken, almonds, onion, celery, lemon juice, salt and mayonnaise.
- Put in a flat baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins. or until bubbly.
