Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked yellow squash, mashed
- 1 carton sour cream (small)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small grated carrot (optional)
- 1 small onion
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing (8 oz.)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Melt 1/2 oleo in casserole dish and put rest on top.
