Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, skinless halibut or haddock fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa (mild, medium or hot; your preference)
  • 1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced, ripe olives, drained
  • 5 lemon or lime wedges

Method

  • Place frozen fish on 20 x 12-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  • Seal securely.
  • Cook on ungreased cookie sheet in 450° oven for 25 minutes.
  • Turn back foil and pour margarine over fish. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Top with salsa and olives.
  • Cook, uncovered, until sauce is hot, about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
  • Yields 5 servings.
