- 10 lb. ground beef
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. black pepper
- 3 small onions, chopped or 1 large
- 3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 tsp. red pepper seeds
- 2 Tbsp. garlic
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Cook hamburger in water until done.
- Drain water.
- For smooth sauce with no chunks, run through a food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
