Ingredients
- 18 ripe tomatoes
- 5 onions
- 1 green pepper
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Quarter tomatoes and put spices in with them.
- Boil for 2 hours (taste).
- Makes 4 pints (hot jars).
