Ingredients
- 1 can pear halves (#2 can)
- 1 can pineapple chunks (#2 can)
- 1 can sliced peaches (#2 can)
- 1/3 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Method
- Drain fruit very well and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Dot with butter.
- Mix brown sugar and spices and sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
- Decorate with cherries.
