Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 1/3 cups flour
  • 8 tablespoons starbucks hot cocoa mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, hot chocolate mix, salt and baking soda. Add to wet ingredients in 3 to 4 parts.
  • Fold in chips.
  • Form into balls and bake for 9-11 minutes.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
